Clifford Street Cookie Co., a U.S.-based cookie brand, has announced the launch of its latest product: the Dubai Cookie, also referred to as “Khanef Is Enough!” The new item combines multiple premium components, including a double chocolate brown butter cookie dough base and a filled center of pistachio cream and crispy kataifi.

The cookie is finished with additional kataifi, ground pistachio, and flaked salt, offering a complex flavor and textural profile. The inclusion of kataifi—a finely shredded filo dough used in traditional Middle Eastern desserts—continues a growing pattern of global culinary influences in U.S. baked goods. Other highlighted ingredients include bourbon vanilla and pistachio cream, which are used both in the filling and garnishing elements of the cookie.
