American chocolatier Cacao & Cardamom has introduced its 2025 Mother’s Day collection, showcasing six handcrafted bon bons that span dessert, and botanical flavor profiles. Known for its globally inspired approach with flavors of spices from around the world, the brand continues to emphasize creativity and seasonal relevance with this latest launch.
The Mother's Day assortment includes the following varieties:
Crème Brûlée – A rich vanilla custard ganache topped with notes of caramelized sugar, inspired by the classic French dessert.
Cucumber Mint – A refreshing and herbaceous pairing of cool cucumber with crisp mint, more reminiscent of spa beverages or herbal infusions.
Elderflower Citrus – A floral-citrus combination offering bright, delicate notes often found in cocktails or botanical sodas.
Hazelnut Cremino – A smooth and layered blend of hazelnut and chocolate, reflecting traditional European praline styles.
Hibiscus Berry – Featuring berry-forward flavors with a tart edge, evoking the profile of hibiscus tea wrapped in chocolate.
